In order to implement the Provincial SASAC "Notice on Matters Related to the Implementation of the Rent Reduction and Exemption Policy for Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises by Provincial State-owned Enterprises during the Epidemic" (Su Guozi [2020]39) and the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and other departments "Implementation Opinions on Further Helping and Serving Small, medium and micro Enterprises and Individual Industrial and Commercial Enterprises to Ease the pressure on housing rent in response to the novel coronavirus epidemic" (Su Development and Reform Investment [2020]657) and other documents，We will strengthen the responsibility of state-owned enterprises，We will help and support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and individual businesses to reduce costs and burdens，Jiangsu Construction Group Co., Ltd. is now offering rent relief to enterprises that meet the relevant conditions。The specific work is hereby notified as follows:

1. The rent reduction period is from February to May 2020;

2. The amount of deduction shall be the corresponding rent agreed by both parties in the contract: the rent in February shall be waived, the rent in March and April shall be halved, and the rent in May shall be waived;The contract stipulates that the annual rent and other forms shall be converted into monthly rent for corresponding relief;

Iii. Forms of remission:

1.If the corresponding rent is not collected, the lessee shall apply for it and no longer collect it upon our approval;

2.If the corresponding rent has been collected, the lessee shall apply for it, and after our approval, it can be directly returned or deducted from the subsequent rent。

Please submit relevant materials in accordance with the requirements of the notice in time, including :1.The lessee's application for rent reduction and remission;2.Certificate of small, medium and micro enterprises or individual industrial and commercial enterprises issued by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau。Our company will complete the approval within 5 working days after receiving the materials submitted by the lessee。
